    Every person that struggles with dry skin should try this range. IT HAS CHANGED MY SKIN!! I no longer feel tight or parched straight after showers, no more irritating redness or stinging. I have even at times used this as my day and night moisturiser, especially when traveling to prevent any unwanted surprises with change of weather (and easier to pack less). I used this for several months and then moved over to the anti-age range Dermaheal the Renewal cream that contains what Serra has and more – amazing

    my skin was so dry and damaged. the first time I used it, it pulled into my skin and made it feel so soft and moist. sad i did not start using this years ago . i was always under the impression it is to expensive, but adding up all the bad things i used this is not expensive at all. great product even got my husband to use it.

    The serra range really changed my life. I have been struggling with eczema and dry skin my whole life and since I have been using the serra range I have not had eczema on my face and I never feel itchy or redness anymore

Dexpanthenol – a super soothing form of vitamin B

Apply immediately after cleansing to trap the moisture in your skin. If you suffer from dry skin you might experience a slight tingle.
